**Intercompanies Coordinator**
**Which is the main objective of this role?
**
To elaborate intercompany records ensuring the accomplish of fiscal guidelines on electronic invoicing, analyze the portfolio collection, request and ensure the correct aplication of deposits for invoices and to follow up to the creation of payment complement.
In adition, to generate Intercompany reports to ensure the integrity of Accounting ecords and financial information.
To perform master data maintenance activities in SAP for LATAM entities, elaborate journal entries ensuring the accomplish of fiscal guidelines on electronic accounting, to follow up on recurrent accruals ensuring their recording, prepare integrations of accounts, projections of AOP, FCST, execute GL automatic processes in SAP and generate reports to ensure the integrity of Accounting records and financial information.
**What will you be doing?
**
Supervision of
- The generation of intercompany records (AR / AP) according with the fiscal guidelines on Electronic invoicing, ensuring the inclusion of the products and services code, complying with the stablished SLA's.
- Retained Earnings Other transacctions (REO)
- Identification and propose productivity proyects inside the team to better practices within the processes, generating savings in the cost of transactions.
- Coordinate with other areas (SSC & OU) adjustments and / or accounting incidents, as well as justifications for accounting and financial reporting.
- Participate in the Periodic, Quarterly and Annual and Quarterly reports required by the organization.
- Foment and create continuous awareness among team that primary goal is to address internal and external client needs with a professional attitude.
- Responsible for the execution of internal controls; controls testing, active participation in the periodic review of key controls; ensuring their operational effectiveness; maintenance of documentation; monthly/quarterly certification according to Compliance policies and procedures; and participation and contribution during the review and maintenance of the Risk Control Matrix.
More specifically, internal controls related to the position.
- Request update of and/or update the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) manuals whenever there is a change to processes.
- Submit Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) on a monthly basis.
- SPOC (Single point of contact) with OU for generate clear communication with OU & SSC, providing support in the form of various financial analyses in order to assist the business in its controlling and decision making processes.
- Follow up on pending activities of the team, confirmation of regional balances and monthly OOB.
- Guide the team on better practices and team work.
- To elaborate and analyze executive, corporate and special reports, fulfilling the requests of clients, assuring the reliability of the financial information.
- To deliver requirements by the fiscal authority in which it requests the information related to integration of payment complement with electronic invoices.
- To ensure the recording and monitoring of recurrent accruals of the area.
