.**Job Title** Intercompany Accounting Specialist**Reports to** Mgr Record to Report**Department** Global Business Services**Job Location **Guadalajara**Summary**The Intercompany (IC) COE Analyst reports to the administratively Mgr, RTR GBS Mexico functionally Mgr., IC COE and supports the GBS mission to leverage resources on a global scale through the use of shared services to reduce costs, maintain or increase customer service, and build new capabilities.**Responsibilities**: Participate in the implementation of and ongoing use of Blackline Intercompany Hub to address transaction management, dispute resolution, and consistency in calculations Participate in the Intercompany business process workstream for the global S/4 go-lives Perform intercompany journal entries as per Company policy Complete intercompany balance sheet account reconciliations as assigned according to the Company policies and deadlines. Participate in the management of global transfer pricing agreements to drive consistency and compliance in global pricing methodologies Create as needed documentation of all intercompany processes and ensure documentation is always current Maintain intercompany transfer pricing master data conditions Perform, meet and respond to Sarbanes-Oxley and both internal and external audit requirements and requests, as necessary Generate internal and external reporting for intercompany Respond to team requests and develop team and self through training and development opportunities Develop strong and collaborative working relationships with relevant business stakeholdersPerform Global Intercompany COE responsibilities, including:- Adhere to global intercompany governance structure, polices, and procedures- Collect and maintain global transfer pricing agreements- Perform maintenance of intercompany transfer pricing master data- Execute internal and external reporting for intercompany requests- Complete intercompany reconciliations- Post intercompany journal entries- Acquisitions and divestitures with certain intercompany responsibilities- Participate in the Blackline Intercompany Hub implementation- Participate in the Intercompany business process workstream for the global S/4 go-live- Leverage technology (Blackline Intercompany Hub) and other partners across key stakeholders to maintain a central repository of intercompany agreementsPerform various intercompany activities, including:- Address the requests of internal and external auditors, including SOX- Understand and keep abreast of advances and improvements in Blackline technology and the IC associated process by interacting with peer companies and user forums**Minimum knowledge and skills**Advanced Excel spreadsheet analysis capabilities- Detailed understanding of accounting principles- Problem solving and the ability to exercise good business judgment in a fast-paced working environment.- Very effective written and oral communication skills
