Job Description: Interior Design Project Manager Twin Dolphin Los Cabos is the premier master-planned community situated on the renowned Golden Corridor between Cabo San Lucas and San Jose del Cabo on the southernmost tip of the Baja Peninsula in Mexico. The 1,400-acre community includes Maravilla Los Cabos, a private residential community and club, Montage Los Cabos resort and residences, and Twin Dolphin Club, featuring an 18-hole Fred Couples Signature golf course and a variety of desert mountain adventures. With two of Cabo's few swimmable beaches, Twin Dolphin is designed to create personalized experiences for residents and guests, highlighting world class amenities, unexpected activities, and the stunning natural landscape. Role and Responsibilities: Interact with Client or Director of Design Services to understand and/or define project scope Develop creative, aesthetically pleasing and functional design selections based on customer needs and/or directives Analyze, guide and confirm space and design planning for the successful implementation of interior design solutions Attend client presentations with Director of Design Services Manage budget preparation to include quoting, pricing, negotiation, data entry and proposal generation Ensure design agreement and client proposals are fully executed before work plan is initiated Set overall project plan as it relates to supplier collaboration, work schedules and installation Adhere to set internal deadlines to include Studio Webware time entry, client project reports, and internal project reporting Monitor the status of all project purchase orders to ensure an on-time and on-budget installation Conduct site visits to identify areas that need verification and coordinate actual dimensions with final plan Manage and direct all subcontractors to enforce project goals and deadlines Attend client meetings with Director of Design Services, and prepare and distribute required updates to project workplan Document all aspects of design process and file data according to departmental standards Coordinate and collaborate with internal departments to ensure installation standards Manage and direct project installation(s) Attend continuing education related courses to stay abreast of new product, design solutions and industry trends Requirements: Qualifications and Education Requirements: 4 years of experience in managing luxury residential interior design projects Bachelor's Degree in interior design, architecture or related field Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written 100% proficiency in Microsoft Office 100% proficiency in English 100% proficiency in Studio Design, Studio Webware or comparable interior design management software Twin Dolphin Competencies: Focus on Quality Focus on Result Effective communication Proactivity Leadership Adaptability J-18808-Ljbffr
