A large freight forwarding company is looking for anIntermodalCustomer Service Repfor their office in Tijuana, Mexico. The company has multipleoffices worldwide. You will work with a great team and have an excellent opportunity to grow within the company. This is a full-time position (not remote).


Requirements: - Bachelor degree in Logistics, international business etc

- Have 2 – 5 years of experience in a similar role within the logistics or transportation industry, preferably with a focus on Road logistics/ Ocean freight / Quotations

- Knowledge in international and national logistics, maritime, Mexican customs brokerage.

- Some knowledge in port operations in Mexico and USA ( Port long beach, Ensenada, Manzanillo, Veracruz)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and customer-focused demeanor.

- Proficiency English written and verbal, is essential for effective communication with clients and colleagues.

- Ability to multitask and priorities tasks in a fast-paced environment, while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.

- Proficient in MS Office applications, particularly Excel, for data analysis and reporting purposes.

- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
