Resumen de Posición:- Aid Production Planner to Keep track of the Machining and Assembly Areas workload (Assign priorities) in order to achieve OTP- Assign Individual activities to Operators According to plan in Production Board- Develop a Time Reduction Project according to DMAIC methodology in order to generate savings- Track and Record times of certain operations in the shop floor if necessary- Understand Drawings and Perform Measurements of castings and finished componentsResponsabilidades Esenciales:- Aid Production Planner and Shop Supervisors to monitor the production processes and adjust schedules as needed- Liaise with different departments and teams, e.G. suppliers, managers- Ensure customer orders are completed on time- Assign individual activities to operators according to plan in production board- Develop a Time Reduction Project according to DMAIC methodology in order to generate savings- Track and Record times of certain operations in the shop floor if necessary- Ability to understand technical drawings / dimensional tolerances and Perform Measurements of castings and finished components in order to help operators if needed- Update on a daily basis the % of completion for every pump / component which is in the shop floor and send an update every day to Production Manager and Production Planner- Help supervise shop floor personnel and activities when necessary- Coordinate with warehouse the issuing of materials to productionRequisitos del Puesto:EDUCATION:Mechanical Engineering specialized on hydraulics or mechanical design.Other acceptable degrees:- Industrial Engineering focused on mechanical design.- Mechatronic Engineering- Electro mechanic Engineering
