**Job Summary**:
The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action.
The position is based in Queretaro, Mexico.

**What you will do**:
As Intern - Continuous Improvement you will:
- Support the governance of all continuous improvement program in Queretaro Factory (Mexico).
- Report automation or app development for facilitate and support the governance of all continuous improvement program.
- Work in a project to improve some indicator analyzing chart in different levels, tendences and documents.
- Work with problem solving tools and investigate the real situation.
- Propose actions to reduce or eradicate the problem.
- The relationship and communication with people from all levels of organization is extremely important.
**We believe you have**:
- Be active student in the last 2 years (or less) of your college career.
- Bachelor's degree or engineering degree
- Have availability to complete 1 year contract
- Intermediate level of English or higher is required.
- Nice to have intermediate Excel (Fx, Dynamic tables, macros) and Power BI knowledge.
- Have availability to work 6 hours per day for the entire internship period.
- Expected graduation date between December 2024 and December 2025.
