LSEG **Mexico** is looking for an Intern for Customer Success Management Division.

The intern will operate within the CSM group in the Latin American Market.
Main responsibility will be to be in charge of a portfolio of messenger users, training the users, handling their requests, as well as requests from audit bodies. This individual also supports the other CSMs on their accounts and their
end-user's usability of our products, whether it is in Wealth Management, Commodities, Investment Solutions or Trading & Banking. The program provides college students with the knowledge needed to start building a career in the global financial services industry.
**Skills and Requirements**:
- Curious self-starter with critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work both individually and on a team.
- High-energy and proficiency in front of customers.
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills.
- Curiosity about Financial Markets, Technology, & Data.
- Spanish + English proficiency.
- Estimated 4 semesters to graduation.
