Transforming the Future of InformationMicron Technology is a leader in innovative memory and storage solutions, accelerating the transformation of information into intelligence.As a Design Verification Engineer, you will work with highly innovative design and verification teams using state-of-the-art memory technologies to develop advanced DRAM and emerging memory products.You will design and verify high-density memory chips with complex functionality, ultra-high speed, and advanced power management technology.You will have verification responsibilities with a deep understanding of the design to evaluate its functionality at the chip or block level.You will work closely with global design teams to contribute to design success by applying verification tools and techniques.You will help develop digital/analog mixed-signal verification methodologies for advanced DRAM products.Your Key Responsibilities:Fully understand the design datasheet.Study circuit design in detail and understand functionality and timing requirements.Develop patterns and regressions to increase function coverage for all DRAM architectures and features.Provide support to design engineers, debug failures, manage bug tracking, and close coverage.Collaborate with international colleagues on developing new verification tools and flows.Develop and maintain test benches and test vectors using digital and analog simulation tools.Education & Experience Required:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or equivalent with emphasis on VLSI design and/or verification.Fluent understanding of CMOS circuit design.Familiarity with analog simulation methodology and tools, i.e., HSPICE, PRIMESIM.Basic understanding of digital simulators, such as Verilog and UVM Methodology.Good programming fundamentals with Python programming skills preferred.Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.The salary for this position is approximately $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
