Provides new and existing customers with the best possible service in relation to billing inquiries, service requests, suggestions and complaints. Provides customer services relating to sales, sales promotions, installations and communications. Ensures that good customer relations are maintained, and customer claims and complaints are resolved fairly and effectively, and in accordance with the consumer laws. Develops organization-wide initiatives to proactively inform and educate customers. Develops improvement plans in response to customer surveys.
- Work together with the team to implement, and manage systems that deliver against requirements for functionality, scalability, performance, and reliability
- Serve as a technical escalation point for critical production issues and drive escalation/resolution of problems into Support and Engineering teams
- Adopt and implement industry-standard Ops policies and Ops procedures
- Work hands-on with the system, install, and configure it, and test that it meets the customer's technical and business requirements
- Participate in DR tests to maintain high levels of readiness to ensure business continuity

- Mexico City Hybrid Model (2 days per week in the office)
- BS and/or MS in Computer Science or a related field
- Basic knowledge of public cloud architecture (OCI, AWS)
- Understanding of DevOps activities (or related) or Infrastructure Support
- Good interpersonal and communications skills, with an ability to communicate in non-technical terms to non-technical people
- Understanding of centralized (n-tier) and decentralized (client/server) environment models
- Strong analytical skills and a familiarity with problem-solving, attention to detail and quality, and a desire for improvement
- Knowledge of system development life cycle and implementation (including dev. tools like Vcode, GIT, GITLAB, Jenkins)
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python and Unix Shell will be an advantage
- Must have a basic understanding of security and network protocols, such as sFTP, VPN, HTTP(S), and SSH
- Good understanding of Java and JVM process, JVM tuning, JConsole, JMX, and other java tools
- Basic understanding of RDBMS

- Ability to work in a 24/7 environment
