Intern

To provide administrative support to the Ocean Services department. -To learn and effectively use the system in order to update our clients in a timely manner, to update in a timely manner the main events in TMS of the daily operation. -To update events and information required on client portals. -Preparation and filling of internally required reports -Support in monitoring pick ups/deliveries, documentation for shipment. -Management of invoices for payments to suppliers

Education
- On their last year of bachelor studies on management, logistics, international commerce, international business or related.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience no needed but desirable.
- Advanced Spanish and English written, oral and communication skills.
- Knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft office package.
- Microsoft Excel: Knowledge of Microsoft Excel including but not limited advanced formulas, pivot tables.
