**What you will be doing**:
Your typical day as an **HR** **Intern **will involve:
**Responsibilities**:
- Responsible for managing documentation of new hires and HR database.
- HR Generalist Activities support
- Review Pre
- hire documentation for new hires.
- Ensure the correct filling of hiring documentation.
- Digitalize and update employee records in HR files.
- Provide Onboarding support to recruitment team and other main administrative activities, updating employee's information.
- Participation and support on HR projects.
**To be successful in this role, you must have the following**:
- Excel knowledge (Basic formula, filters, database administration)
- Willingness to learn.
- Attend Office 3 times per week.
- Support HR team 25 hours per week.
- Intermediate to advance English.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Excellent Oral and Written communication
- Microsoft Skills.
- Basic HR Generalist Skills.
