**Job requirements**:

- Student in their last semesters: Marketing, Communication, Administration, or related fields.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Office.
- Intermediate English verbal and writing skills.
- Availability to work 25 hours per week.
- Passion for learning, communications skills and creative thinking.

**Nice to have**:

- Knowledge in Suite Adobe.

**Main activities**:

- Assist in preparing and delivering presentations (content creation).
- Support in the planning, execution, and follow-up of both physical and virtual events, including logístical support and attendee management.
- Help the marketing team in various creative projects, such as design tasks and artwork production.
- Assist in generating and analyzing reports, compiling data, and presenting insights.
- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers, coordinate orders, track deliveries and maintain positive relationships.
- Manage inventory levels of materials and supplies, conduct regular stock checks, and assist in replacements as needed.
- Provide translation support for arts-related materials, including documents, presentations, and communications.

**Schedule specifications**: 25 hours in office a week
