**Position Summary**:

**Work Model**:
Flex: This role will typically require onsite work 2-3 days each week, or more depending on business needs.
In many locations, the business will set certain days each week that Flex employees are required to be onsite.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support planning and execution of Marketing and Medical / Market Access Plan, tactics and activities in country
- Support Marketing & Medical team to ensure develop and adequate tracking the activities to maximize our opportunities to gain in each key account (v.g.
NAF on time, letters to KDMs, coordinate strategic agenda between KDMs and Vendors, events planning, contracts and execution)
- Support preparation and follow up of KPIs for Marketing - Medical
- Contact and follow up the negotiations with the main medical societies together with Mkt and Medical affairs.
- Contact with local communication agencies and/or travel agencies to support the marketing and medical events or development of promotional materials
- Development of marketing projects / plans under Product manager or Medical affairs supervision
- Data analysis of market research.
- Prepare mkt report and presentations based on company needs
- Support the team in daily administrative tasks.
**Requirements**:
- Student of Business Administration, Marketing or Social Communication
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork
- Ability to quickly learn and process information
- Organization and time management skills
- Fluency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- The position will be based in CDMX, México
