Also, update JDE with new commit dates from supplier.Send out Open Order Reports (OOR) to suppliers and manage past due PO's.Contact supplier to review order status to ensure availability.Approved Vendor List (AVL) adherence.Responsible of reviewing packing list and commercial invoices captured in ZOE.Additional Accountabilities:Sourcing parts when needed to cover shortagesPerform reports in Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point) If required.Review all delivery issues and take appropriate corrective action to avoid schedule impact.Additional duties as assigned.Other Qualifications:Ability to prioritize duties, make immediate decisions, work on several tasks at one time and remain flexible in an assertive environment is essential to the success of this position.Strong verbal and written communication skills required.Microsoft OfficeEducation/Experience Qualifications:A minimum of a Bachelor's degree is required.One (1) year of related experience is required; Two (2) or more years of related experience is preferred
