Monitoring and follow up of new customer complaints, status of containment and corrective action, identifying the risks associated to ensure the on-time delivery of the Queretaro products.Coordinate the development of corrective action plans to contain and respond to the customer complaints at Queretaro site.Establishment of CAB review meeting with Bombardier sites to follow up the customer complaints.Develop and optimize all the visual aids issued to production shopfloor to do the follow up of containment and corrective actions.Ensure the decision-making is based on the cost-benefit analysis of each customer complaint.How to thrive in this role?You have a bachelor's degree in Aeronautics, Industrial or Administrative Industrial Engineering.You have experience with BMS (Bombardier Manufacturing System), Bombardier manuals (BM's), BES (Bombardier Engineering Systems), QMS (Quality Management System), SMS (Safety Management System), internal and industry regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, QAD, etc.
