As a member of the RDQ team, you are recognized internally as the operational expert in key process unit operations.
You lead in the execution of experiments and trials that are required to complete process design and process deployment for innovation/growth projects and productivity projects across multiple geographies.

Responsible for supporting technical activities of R&D related to all initiatives on formulations of Pure Refreshment Platform for sugar free gums.
Also is responsible of all activities related to business continuity plan and productivity.
Additional responsibilities related to Pure Refreshment Platform for sugar free gum in LATAM are:
1.
Shelf life evaluations
2.
Create RMAT, FORM and FP Meridian Specifications
3.
Continuous Improvement of the product related to quality.
4.
Brand Maintenance of Pure Refreshment Platform for Gum in Latam

**Educación/Certificaciones**:
University degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Bachelor in Food, Chemistry, Agroindustrial Engineer or related.
**Requisitos específicos del trabajo**:
- Knowledge of food ingredients, formula and processes designs, filling processes and testing methodologies.
Strong ability to utilize computer systems.
- Demonstrated ability to support projects across a designated brand/product portfolio with a substantial workload.
- Problem analysis and solving skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Relationship skills at different levels of the organization.
