Purpose Statement: The Training Intern will gain practical experience and contribute to the technical training team's initiatives. This role involves supporting various aspects of training program development, assisting in coordination efforts, and learning under the guidance of experienced trainers.Key Job Accountabilities:- Assist in coordinating the logístical aspects of technical training programs, including scheduling, participant communication, and resource management, ensuring a seamless and organized learning experience.- Contribute to the development of training materials and content, working closely with senior trainers to create engaging and effective resources that align with the organization's technical learning objectives.- Provide assistance during training sessions, including setup, participant engagement, and logístical coordination, to ensure smooth facilitation and a positive learning environment.- Assist in the maintenance of the learning management system, ensuring accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and feedback, contributing to the overall effectiveness of the training program.- Actively engage in the learning process, seeking opportunities to enhance personal understanding of technical topics.
