**Primary Job Accountabilities**
- The Customer Service Specialist on tickets administration shall keep the tickets follow up file as instructed by his direct boss
- Delivering the updates to the mentioned file shall occur on the times and dates indicated to keep information with no more than 2 days of age.
**Essential Functions and Tasks
- Update the Tickets Follow up File every Monday, Wednesday and Friday no later than 5:00 PM
- Contact with the specific users to obtain further comments
- Prepare customer specific reports as needed, instructions on how to prepare them and its content,
**Knowledge and Expertise**
- Sufficient understanding on follow-up activities
- Microsoft office tools utilization
- Organized and structure to provide accurate information to users
- Understanding in logistic operations (operational background)
- Be proficient to manage TMS as the main working tool.

**Travel**

**Experience**Education
- Studying engineering or similar
- Bachelor's degree may be substituted for work experience requirements
- Fluent English

- Undergraduate Degree or better in Logistics /Supply Chain Management or related field
- Undergraduate Degree or better in Engineering or related field
