Working to a tight timescale, you will provide valuable assurance and improvement recommendations to senior members of local and regional management.**YOUR TASKS WILL BE**- Understand Lear requirements and the business practices of the operations being audited.- Identify key risks and ensure controls and processes effectively reduce and monitor them.- Develop and deliver accurate and pragmatic observations and recommendations.- Quantify and qualify observations completely to support ratings process- Ensure work assigned is completed on time in preparation for supervisor review.- Understand your delegated responsibilities within the context of the overall assignment, and ensure supervisors and others are kept appraised of issues identified.- Ensure audit colleagues are supported as opportunity arises.- Learn the organization and its operations to build the skills necessary to move to other positions at Lear.- Build network within the organization to support future career aspirations.- Pursue formal qualification (ACCA, CIMA, CPA, CIA preferred).- Proactively communicate and collaborate across regions and teams.- Working and travelling with a small group of colleagues requires great team working skills.- The role demands the highest level of integrity, and objectivity must be maintained.**TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL NEED**- Bachelor's degree in accounting or Finance.- 3-7 years of experience working in the relevant area of expertise (i.E., External / Internal Auditor, Finance, public accounting, or compliance).- Advanced English level.If you are interested, please send us your CV in English.LI-DNI
