RESPONSIBILITIES
- Participate in audits of internal controls and operational processes
- Assist external auditors in gathering information to support their audits as needed
- Foster effective communication with the audit team and other teams within the company
- Efficiently schedule and prioritize tasks
- Identify, describe, and assess the company's risks
- Analyze audit results and develop recommendations for management
- Be flexible in working hours as needed
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience as an internal or public auditor, controller, financial analyst, or in similar roles
- Intermediate (B2) level of English proficiency (both spoken and written)
- Completion of higher education in finance/accounting/jurisprudence or related fields
- Experience with IFRS or US GAAP accounting standards; certifications are advantageous
- Experience in operational audits or process design in various industries is beneficial
- Familiarity with accounting software such as SAP
- Strong proficiency in MS Office; experience with data analytics, databases, or programming languages is advantageous
