Conduct risk assessments to identify areas of potential risk or non-compliance within the organization. Develop and execute audit plans to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, policies, and procedures. Perform audits of financial statements, operations, and processes to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with regulatory requirements. Document audit findings, including deficiencies and recommendations for improvement. Communicate audit results to management and provide recommendations for remediation. Monitor and follow up on the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure corrective actions are taken. Other projects and duties as assigned. Qualifications: 100% fluency in English, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. Professional certification such as Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or similar. Experience with Microsoft: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint required; Teams experience preferred. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Proactive approach and strong work ethic.
