Job HighlightsThe incumbent shall ensure the Company functions in a legal and ethical manner while meeting its business goals. He/She shall be responsible for carrying out internal audit and risk management programs, execution of company policies, and advising management on possible compliance risks.Responsibilities:Plan and execute internal audit activities such as operational and compliance audits.Review the integrity of operational data and compliance with established policies and procedures and/or applicable laws and regulations.Identify business inefficiencies, internal control weaknesses, or operational issues.Recommend appropriate solutions that can address root causes and add value to the Company based on best practices; follow up on correctiveactions.Prepare clear and concise reports that reflect the audit results.Conduct special audits or ad-hoc projects as required by Management in areas that require specific safeguards and appropriate internal control.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business or Information Technology from a recognized university / ACCA or CIMA.Other professional certification (CIA/CRMA/CISA/CFE/CA) would be advantageous.Minimum 3 years experience in internal audit, risk, compliance, and governance role in a manufacturing environment.Exposure to regulatory requirements (financial reporting, tax, human resources, EHS) would be advantageous.Knowledge of ERP systems and business processes.A team player with an analytical/inquiring mind.Independent, self-driven, and proactive attitude.Must be flexible and willing to travel overseas, including Malaysia, China, Mexico, Latvia, USA, etc. to conduct audits or related activities (if required).Career LevelExempt#J-18808-Ljbffr
