We take pride in our people-centric corporate culture, constant innovation, and excellence in service.We challenge the conventional and deliver unimaginable results by creating experiences that go beyond amazement for our clients and their customers.Main ResponsibilitiesStrategic Development: Design and implement internal communication strategies aligned with business objectives and organizational culture.Multichannel Content: Create and distribute effective content through various communication channels, including emails, intranet, meetings, and other relevant media.Interdepartmental Collaboration: Collaborate closely with different departments to ensure consistency and alignment of internal messages.Internal Events: Plan and execute internal events, such as company meetings, celebrations, and activities to foster a sense of community and belonging.Feedback and Evaluation: Implement mechanisms to collect feedback and evaluate the effectiveness of communication initiatives, making adjustments as necessary.RequirementsExperience: Demonstrated experience in similar roles, preferably in companies with a large and diverse workforce.Languages: Bilingual in Spanish and English, with exceptional writing and communication skills in both languages.Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of internal communication tools, collaboration platforms, and related technologies.Creativity: Ability to generate innovative and creative ideas for internal communication, maintaining the freshness and relevance of messages.Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting established deadlines and objectives.Adaptability: Be proactive and able to adapt to a dynamic and ever-evolving business environment.EducationBachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
