As an Internal Communications Associate, you will craft compelling narratives and design engaging content that connects employees across the globe with Epicor's mission and values. You will be responsible for managing internal communication platforms, developing creative assets, and collaborating with stakeholders to drive global employee engagement. We are seeking applicants with a talent for storytelling, strong design skills, and the ability to manage multiple communication channels effectively.What you will be doing:Develop and maintain the content strategy for Epicor's intranet, EpicNet, and employee social network, Viva Engage, ensuring engaging and relevant communication.Partner with internal stakeholders to create and share stories that strengthen employee connection to Epicor's mission and values.Analyze and improve internal processes and procedures, collaborating with stakeholders to optimize for business requirements and enhance operational efficiency.Stay updated on communication and employee experience trends, recommending metrics and strategies that align with business goals.Support the global employee experience strategy by participating in and promoting culturally specific engagement programs worldwide.Design visually appealing communication assets using Canva, ensuring alignment with Epicor's brand guidelines and tone of voice.Write and edit content with a solid understanding of AP Style, adapting to Epicor's unique brand voice.What you will likely bring:Proven experience in storytelling to connect employees to company culture and values.Strong verbal and written communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.Knowledge of SharePoint, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Canva, with a keen eye for design and branding.Analytical skills to collate data, identify trends, and recommend solutions.Initiative to anticipate client needs and drive continuous improvement in communication strategies.A Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) and at least 1 year of success in a related role.A proactive and creative mindset, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.About EpicorAt Epicor, we're truly a team.
