RIGHT NOW.**Title**: Internal Control Shared Services**Primary Location**: Mexico (MX) - Nuevo León JD Shared Svcs-Monterrey**Function**: Accounting / Finance**Main Responsibilities**:- Assess the operating effectiveness of the internal control environment through process documentation and risk-based testing.- Assist unit stakeholders in performing required ICQ certifications.- Serve as a liaison between the unit personnel and auditors (Internal & External).- Partner with Internal Control Analysts to facilitate peer-to-peer knowledge sharing.- Streamline department activities to support continuous improvement initiatives.**What Skills You Need**:- 3 or more years of experience in an Accounting/Finance role.- Experience collaborating with multiple functions in an effective team environment including ability to influence without authority.- Demonstrated ability as a "self-starter" to initiate independent work while managing multiple assignments.- Demonstrated analytical capabilities and attention to detail.- If working remotely, the willingness to travel up to 25% of the time within the U.S.**What Makes You Stand Out**:- Internal Audit experience.- Understanding of integrated systems and their relationship to financial reporting and controls.- Experience with Data Analytic tools (Tableau, Business Objects).- SAP knowledge.**Education**:- Bachelor's degree in an Accounting/Finance or related discipline.
