The position reports functionally to the Holding Chief Officer - Juarez, and operationally to the Manager, Internal Controls & Continuous Improvements, BA North America, and is based in Juarez Mexico.**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**As an Internal Control Specialist, you will be monitoring internal controls as part of Group's internal control program known as the Electrolux Control System (ECS). You will cooperate with several stakeholders across Business Area North America**KEY TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES**- Conducting management testing and quality check for internal controls over financial processes- Executes test of design and operating effectiveness testing- Evaluates accounting documentation, reports, data etc. and determine compliance with policies and procedures- Acting as an objective source of independent advice and support in setting up the remediation plans- Preparing and presenting reports that reflect the testing results and conduct the follow up to monitor implementation of agreed management remediation actions- Assisting in the implementation of new controls, identifying internal controls deficiencies- Professionally cooperating with internal and external auditors- Working with external consultants to ensure we meet testing deadlines- Interacting with various teams across BA North America to ensure documentation is compliant with Internal Controls across all testing areas: Procure to Pay, Managing Inventory, Order to Cash, Closing Routine, and Fixed Assets- Assists with ad hoc requests and special projects**COMPETENCIES & SKILLS****Bilingual - English and Spanish (Most Necessary)****Proficiency in Excel **- Work with basic formula's, functions, data, and ranges**Analytical** - You are able to identify key data sources and utilize data-driven insights to define conclusions**Data Collection and Judgment**- You are able to work with large amounts of data, distinguish facts from opinions and interpretations**Objectivity and independence** - You are objective and independent in gathering, evaluating information, and not easily influenced by others in drawing conclusions**Continuous Improvement mindset** - You are able to identify improvement opportunities and implement changes to improve efficiency and productivity**Active Listening **- You understand comments and concerns expressed by participants during daily activities and meetings
