The role involves developing systems and tools related to logistics and ensuring their proper application within the complete value stream (inbound – production – outbound), including Kanban, PFEP, and calculation of supermarkets, as well as managing internal material flow from the warehouse to the point of use.
QualificationsRequired Skills: Analytic, Enthusiastic, Optimistic, Self-starter, Perseverant, Pro-active.Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP is an advantage.Documentation Process Experience: Standards work and work instructions.Experience: 3 years' experience at the Engineering level in Automotive Electronics (preferred).Logistics: Experience in the implementation of Pull systems (KANBAN system), including development (experienced preferred).Core Activities (85%): Responsible for all procedures, work instructions, and documents related to internal logistics applicable to material flow between Warehouse, supermarkets, and production lines.Evaluate and improve internal logistics activities and tools related to material supply within the lines, material movements, and calculation of supermarkets for raw material.Maintain and update the PFEP (Plan For Every Part) tool related to supermarkets for raw material.Responsible for continuous improvement activities related to internal logistics.Project Activities (15%): Actively participate in projects for the preparation of new product lines and warehouse areas to maintain standard activities within the plant related to internal logistics.Participate and support quality, ESD, safety, and environmental plant goals; responsible for warehouse projects.Education: International Commerce Bachelor Degree, Logistics Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Specialist i4.0.
