Internal Logistics Manager

General description of the JobStandardize the material flow process from the receipt of goods until the shipment of finished goods to optimize the resources of the department, ensuring the supply of raw materials, purchased, and WIP components to the production lines are on time for delivery to the customer.ResponsibilitiesImplement the Warehouse Management System, either external WMS or through QAD, and ensure the correct use in the plants.Standardize the visual management in all areas assigned to materials in the plants of the region.Establish raw material supply systems to the production lines according to the needs of each plant.Ensure the correct connectivity between the systems affecting the MRP (QAD).Pursue continuous improvement in the internal logistics around the plants of the region.Analyze the space availability in plants and create strategies to optimize it in all the plants.Ensure compliance with BASIAC's and follow up on the open items of the audits until resolutions are implemented.RequirementsBachelor's Degree: Materials Engineering, International Relations, or similar.Planning/Organizing, Analytical, and Problem-Solving skills.10+ years of experience in the automotive industry/material handling.Fluent English is required.Availability to travel within MX and the US.
