Internal Quality EngineerGreat opportunity for growth and provide support in the production plant. We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as an Internal Quality Engineer based in Apodaca Plant, Nuevo Leon, Mexico (E-Systems Division).
As an Internal Quality Engineer, you will have an excellent opportunity to implement robust process controls, defect tracking to identify major problems on production lines, and document and track corrective actions to reduce IPPMs. Reporting directly to the Quality Manager.
Your Tasks will be:Lead to reduce line defects.Robust containment for customer complaints and internal defects.Support production lines.Supervise quality auditors.Perform statistical control methods.Implement robust processes in prevention and detection controls.To be successful in this role you will need:Education: Bachelor´s Degree in Industrial, Electronic/mechatronic engineering or any related field.2-5 years of experience in the electronic automotive industry.Knowledge of Backend and mechanical assemblies.Knowledge of 8D.Knowledge of Core Tools and IATF 16949 rule.Intermediate English.Availability to work rotating shifts.Lear Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse workplace.
