The team ensures tools are seamlessly integrated and maintained to meet our agent support needs. Their ultimate goal is to drive agent efficiency and ease of use when supporting our buyers and sellers.What does the day-to-day look like?Tool and System Expertise: Develop a deep understanding of Etsy's internal tool ecosystem, including Workday, Monday.Com, JIRA and Etsy's native support suite.Innovative Technology: Evaluate and pilot emerging technologies to find opportunities for improving agent support and enforcement workflows through internal development or third-party solutions.Agent Assist Optimization: Analyze agent assist performance and metrics, reporting on opportunities for improvement. Partner with Enablement and third party vendor to implement solutions, enhance efficiency, and increase quality.Technical Support: Provide technical support, troubleshooting issues related to internal tools and systems. Raise issues to engineering as needed and chip in to finding solutions.Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather and analyze data related to tool usage, agent performance, and system efficiency. Create reports and dashboards to supervise key metrics and identify trends.Of course, this is just a sample of the kinds of work this role will require!
