Become an Accountant within our International finance team and support TeamViewer's domestic and foreign subsidiaries on their way to the future. Responsibilities: Perform sales order cancelation or changes with impact on customer account, based on other unit's requestMonitor and follow up customer tax issues related to invoicingProcess and manage invoices for the companyVerify and reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy of dataCommunicate with Customer Support/Sales/Collections teams to resolve different inquiriesProvide support to the accounting team as neededPerform any necessary administrative duties, such as auditing customer recordsPrepare account statements for customersFollow up on outstanding paymentsRequirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skillsRemote in Mexico or at the office in Guadalajara1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance roleStrong attention to detail to keep accurate accounting entriesFamiliar with accounting software, such as D365 is a plusKnowledge of data entry for record keepingGeneral administrative skills, including managing emails and accounting booksStructured, independent and reliable way of workingInterest and experienced in project work and high intrinsic motivation to identify and implement possible improvementsEnglish language knowledgeDeep knowledge of MS-Office and accounting systemsYou want to work in an international teamYou have the drive and interest to help shape a very successful finance team#J-18808-Ljbffr
