**Aufgaben**:- International Assignments Administration- Main Objective:- Ensures a smooth transition for international employees to the home country and the repatriation, in coordination with MBMI's support functions, fulfilling the local regulations, and timely informing assigned personnel of the activities or tasks they have to carry out during their stay in home country, in coordination with HR/PGC global consultation overseas, third local party vendor and local institutions.- Main:- Elaboration and follow up of IPPF's for MBMI, in order to initiate assignments, notifying the different areas on the arrival for the start of the corresponding processes (CS, IT, Co. Cars & HR), guiding and supporting the assignees with information related to: bank, visa, immigration, temporary living, relocation, Co. cars, schooling, explanation of Mexican pay slip, emergencies, schools, and others in coordination with HR/PGC global consultation overseas, external agencies and local institutions.- Ensures that the necessary documentation is deliver to the international assignments area in time for submission in payroll, establishing, standardizing and improving processes in close relation with all relevant functions, e.G.
tax, legal, payroll in both Mexico and foreign countries.- Manage all third local party vendor relationships and contracts; ensure high standards are set, pricing is competitive, and service is according to company's standards providing relevant information to HR/PGC global consultation overseas.- Coordinate the repatriation process of the assignees, to ensure the correct ending of their assignment in Mexico.- Elaborate budget and headcount planning for assignees for each BU.
Establish and elaborate control checks (e.G.
ICS controls) in order to meet internal processes and legality of international assignments.- Actively participation in HR projects, and for local employee's development activities.- Support the creation and updating of the local policies and work instructions together with compliance, and all areas form MBMI.
**Qualifikationen**:- Qualifications- 1.
Education:- Bachelor´s in international business, administration, human resources, finance, tax, legal, international relations or related.- 0.
Language(s):- Bilingual: Spanish + English (Native or business fluent).- 0.
Work Experience:- Two or more years of experience in International Assignments Administration, Human Resources or similar.- 0.
Technical Knowledge:- Basic knowledge of corporate and government policies and procedures relating to foreigners.- Strong knowledge on human resources administration.0.
