**The Job**: Our International Auditor Graduate Trainee Program at QIMA is a 6-8 months bespoke program in our Consumer Products Division within the Operations Department through which you as a recent graduate have the opportunity to discover key functions within the Testing, Inspection, and Certification (TIC) Industry.
QIMA's Operations team is a place where you will receive comprehensive knowledge, skills, and abilities on different Audit schemes to deliver the best service to our worldwide clients.Based in Europe, you will support the Operations Coordination team and help ensure that our Factory Improvementprograms consistently exceed our clients' expectations.
As a trainee, you report directly to an Audit Team Leader.You will be expected to:Successfully complete our 6-8 months auditor training to learn how to conduct auditsProgressively become more autonomous and receive APSCA registrationTravel within Europe and Asia as needed to perform Audits in different locations (Turkey, Cambodia, India, Vietnam etc...).
Travel expenses are of course fully covered by QIMAGain actual field experience**We want someone who has**:- a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Social Law / Labour Law / Environmental Law / Health & Safety or equivalent.- a good command of English (spoken and written), any additional European language a plus; - excellent communication skills, high level of conscientiousness, strong sense of rigor, curiosity
