This role supports company culture, aligns with global strategy, complies with local regulations, and meets the diverse needs of employees while being cost-effective.Partner with country benefits partners to oversee the development, implementation, and execution of benefits programs, including retirement plans, leave policies, wellness programs, and insurance policies such as health, life, and disability.This position will work on projects for 15 countries (Mexico, Brazil, India, China, Malaysia, Philippines, UAE, South Korea, Switzerland, UK, Singapore, Japan, SA, Thailand, Germany).Key Responsibilities for this role:Health & Welfare Insurance Program Design and Management:Utilize deep benefits and Human Resources (HR) knowledge to implement, maintain, and improve benefit offerings to build competitive retirement, leave, wellness, and insurance benefits programs at the international regions.Insurance Policies Renewals:In partnership with brokers and country benefits partners, lead the renewal of health coverage policies for employees, ensuring alignment with company strategy and budget.Benefits Coverage Evaluation, Benchmarking, Compliance, and Cost Analysis:Work closely with Benefit Brokers and Legal Counsel to ensure compliance with ongoing updates to laws and regulations.
Conduct benefit surveys to evaluate existing programs against peer organizations.Vendor Management:Responsible for the benefits broker relationship, addressing areas of concern, and providing feedback.
Evaluate performance and monitor service levels.Support on Benefits Execution & Other Projects:Partner with country benefits partners to ensure consistent employee experience globally.
Provide guidance on leave of absence programs, retirement/pension programs, and wellness initiatives.Education:Bachelor's degree required; BS/BA in Human Resources, Business, or Health Care Administration preferred.
Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of French or Portuguese is a plus.Experience:Minimum of 5-7 years' experience in corporate benefits management with a global reach.2-3 years previous experience with multi-geographic organizations.Technical expertise in varying types of insured plans and retirement plan design.Knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements in benefits and retirement areas.Effective project manager with the ability to define projects and manage timelines.Proficient in MS Office, PowerPoint, SAP, Success Factors, etc.Ability to interact effectively with and influence senior management.Proficient in systems reporting and data analysis.#J-18808-Ljbffr
