**Responsabilidades**:
**Purpose**:
This position will be responsible for coordinating, through other areas that are part of the Supply Chain, the visibility and monitoring of all import and export operations of finished products and raw materials for both Bridgestone and Bandag at the LAN level from the confirmation of the order until the delivery of the product at the final destination based on the incoterm previously negotiated between the corresponding parties.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Ensure the tracking of all the import & export shipments (FP, RM & BANDAG) by subsidiary and by destination country (MX, CO, CR).
- Ensure the reception of the documentation in a timely manner to carry out corresponding import and export clearances.
- Provide service to internal customers who require information on the status of import and export shipments for LAN.
- Guarantee that the import and export processes are carried out within the times established by the business.
- Notify delays in a timely manner to define immediate actions and ensure business continuity.
- Centralize the window of communication and information for our final customers.
- Generate KPI's corresponding to the activities of Control Tower.
**Requisitos**:
International relationship, Foreign trade, International Business relationships
**Experience**: 2 years of experience in areas of Supply Chain and / or International Logistics with knowledge in bond & customs compliance processes
**Technical Knowledge**: Knowledge in INCOTERMS, Foreign Trade, International logistics, Intermediate or Advanced Excel, Office, Power BI
