You are technologically savvy with experience in utilizing multiple systems and software programs.As International Entity Manager you will be responsible for managing compliance with the corporate obligations of Justworks' regional subsidiaries outside of the US. You will form relationships with local advisors across the globe and develop and maintain processes to ensure our international subsidiaries stay in compliance with local requirements. You will report to the Director, Corporate & Securities Counsel (based in New York) and work closely with other members of the legal team as well as Justworks International operations, expansion, and finance teams.What You Will Work OnWork with local counsel to ensure regional subsidiaries are in compliance with all local corporate secretarial requirements (e.G., board meetings and timely approval and filing of annual accounts).Prepare powers of attorney, formation documents, corporate filings, and other corporate documents.Arrange obtaining notarizations, apostilles, legalizations, and certified copies.Respond to KYC, AML and due diligence requests as needed.Partner with Senior International Entity Manager, and tax and accounting teams to develop and maintain global corporate compliance calendar.Work closely with other members of the Corporate legal team to manage global legal entity data and org charts and develop and implement group-level corporate governance standards.Oversee and manage relationships with local legal advisors, corporate secretarial vendors, and other key vendors.Coordinate with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders
