Joining us means joining a truly global community of more than **75 000 **people dedicated to solving real-world mobility challenges and achieving international projects with sustainable local impact.**JOB TITLE & JOB CODE****Job Title** (Job Code): International Logistic Coordinator - Tren Maya**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**You manage and optimize the national and international shipments of your site assuring associated customs Obligation.In coordination with site material planners, country customs referent and transport control towers, you organize import and export processes for the materials managed by your site**ORGANISATION****Organisation structure (job belongs to..)**Supply Chain / Logistic**Reports directly to**:Functional reporting to the Supply Chain Manager D&IS, Logistic Manager**Other reporting to**:**Direct reports**:Logistic Operators**Network & Links****Internal**- Logistic Management, Logistics Engineering- Warehouse management- Planning Manager/Material planning- Sourcing**External**- 3PL, Logistic partners, subcontractors- Truck drivers- Custom Broker- Packaging subcontractors**MAIN RESPONSABILITIES****Main Responsibilities**- Design, develop and put in pace solutions to improve logistic flows meeting QCDE targets:- Costs: save money & cash (calculate ROI Return On Investment, design standard packaging, reduce transport costs,)- Delay: reduce work labor time in the warehouse (picking, kitting hours,) & in production- EHS: improve ergonomics at workstation (internal kitting trolley), and reduce waste packaging (zero unpacking- Ensure that all the documentation send by the suppliers are OK to proceed with the shipment.- Ensure that the supplier follows the supply chain specification- Plan & Manage Packing, Shipping and Outbound Transportation form your site to external supplier and customers- Plan & Manage Inbound Transportation form external supplier when requested by purchasing incoterms- Work in synergy with Alstom Custom Expert and custom operators in order to ensure custom compliance of import and export activities- Check and assure the compliance with all the authority regulations- Assure the equipment are delivered on time based with the project planning- Manage relevant transportation means accord9in delivery dates- Provide visibility on delivery dates to the site material planners- Monitor Logistic supplier commitment, deliveries and follow logistic suppliers OTIF performance and other KPIs- Manage transportation budget in synergies with projects work package owners
