**Main Responsabilities**
- Plan & Manage Packing, Shipping and Outbound Transportation from your site to external suppliers and customers
- Plan & Manage Inbound Transportation from external suppliers when requested by purchasing incoterms
- Work in synergy with Alstom Custom expert, 3PL and Custom operators in order to ensure Custom compliance for import and export activities
- Check and assure compliance with OEA regulation (when applicable)
- Collect the needs from the site MPs, customer service and other internal customers (though ERP)
- Manage relevant transportation means according delivery dates
- Provide visibility on delivery dates to the site Material planners
- Monitor Logistic supplier commitment, deliveries and follow Logistic suppliers OTIF performance and other KPIS
- Ensure the process with the 3PL and Alstom control Towers managing international transportation is defined and respected
- Manage transportation budget in synergies with Projects work package owners
**Management**:
- Manage Logistics/ Transport Operators in the team and align team members activities to the warehouse workload
- Provide a long-term vision to the team, set yearly objectives and targets, support and coach in achieving these targets and objectives, perform performance appraisals, reward and recognize merits, set and follow up team members development plans and induction program for newcomers
**Requirements**:
- 2 years of experience in International Trades
- Master in Supply Chain Management
- Knowledgeable of Logistic engineering
- Experience in contract management - logistics (INCOTERMS)
