If you are a professional with analytic skills and experience in International Logistics, this role is for you!MAIN RESPONSIBILITIESLead and coordinate International Logistics Network for Ice Cream businessEffective communication skills with global and regional stakeholders (MX, EU, DR, BRA, UK, GER, CH)Collaborate with Strategic Logistics team evaluating projects and find cost opportunities to enhance international logistics networkIdentify risks and opportunities to improve international logistics network; implement action plans to optimize time and reduce logistics costsBe the link between global procurement team and logistics team to guarantee service, solve logistics issues, and anticipate contact/tax risksBe the key contact with global procurement team for review and follow-up on all matters related to annual bidding, compliance contracts, performance of the carriers, and new launching annually tendersLead the communication between imports and exports players to optimize the networkDeliver 100% OTIF for Imports/Exports and the service level agreement with planningContinuous improvement and standardization of processes for international logistics network considering EU, BR, GER, DR, UK, and China as main partnersWHAT DO YOU NEED TO APPLY FOR THIS POSITION?Experience:Experience managing international logistics through 3PL and carriers.
Strong analytical skills to improve international network, enhance costs, negotiation skills, proactive leadership to anticipate risks and opportunities.Hard Skills:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, International Logistics, Business Administration, or similar5 to 7 years in international logistics or managing logistics network through carriers and 3PLsExcel, P&L analysisDevelop business cases to improve cost and time in an international logistics networkHigh communication and negotiation skillsManagement of multiple projects and operationsFluent written and verbal English communicationLeadership:Personal masteryPassion for high performanceGood capacity for communication with global and regional stakeholdersProactivePurpose and ServiceUnilever is committed to diversity and inclusion in its workforce
