This role includes management and co-ordination of long term and short-term assignment (LTA & STA) and entire mobility life cycle beginning from assignment initiation, support during assignment till repatriation. This included the operational support and processing along with advisory and point of contact for various stakeholders like Managers, employees, HRBP, SME's and vendors. .
What you will do: Manage International Mobility Consulation process for USA and Canadawhich includes Expat Hiring, Extension and Termination and supporting year-end activities. Tax support, Relocation support, immigration consultation and external and internal vendor and stakeholder support. Possesses an advanced understanding of International Mobility functions and processes, TR benchmarking as well as other areas involved in the IM workflow: immigration, payroll, compensation, benefits, HRMS, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Taxation, retro claims, foreign exchange retro calculation, One-time payment calculation, etc. Medical Expenses, Visa cost compensation, Check over payment of salary, refund of payment etc. The skills you bring: Min 7-year experience in managing Global long term and short-term assignment with a multinational organization managing assignees and expects across global Must have good knowledge of International Mobility processes, directives, and ways of working.
