About the roleAs our International Recruiting Coordinator, you will play a key role in accelerating our growth by sourcing and attracting top-tier talent. Working across Operations, Marketing, Sales, and Product/Engineering, you will build a deep understanding of our business and talent needs to be our eyes and ears in the market. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and teammates to refine strategies, scale recruiting efforts, and attract talent that aligns with Community Phone's mission and values.
You will...Work closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to source A-level international talent across all teams.Source and attract high-alpha candidates by using various tools (LinkedIn, Gem, Octopus, etc.) to build out projects, searches, and messaging sequences.Stay organized and report back on what searches are performing well (and why) and what searches are not performing well (and why not). Identify dissatisfactory conversion rates and adapt quickly before getting blocked.Interview candidates, assessing for fit by having humility and intellectual integrity to form a hypothesis about who people are (vs just getting the candidate to the next step).Put an extreme emphasis on candidate experience, never ghosting candidates and also keeping them informed of the process and details of the opportunity.Iterate quickly and re-calibrate quickly, identify bottlenecks and prioritize.You have...Fluent written and spoken English at a C1 level.Exceptional skill in scouring the market to find the best candidates for each position.Multiple years of experience sourcing international talent. You've worked on searches across Europe, South Asia, and/or South America.Experience and familiarity with an ambiguous and fast-paced environment where direction changes often. You have the ability to perform well in spite of this and under pressure.Ability to build a deep understanding of the types of profiles we need, where to find them in the market, and how to evaluate them.Experience with tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gem, Octopus, etc. as well as various Applicant Tracking Systems.Community Phone has a customer-obsessed culture. Our compensation range for this position is $20,000 - $30,000/year. Total compensation is based on several factors that are unique to each candidate. These factors include (but are not limited to) job-related knowledge and skill set, depth of experience, certifications and/or degrees, and specific work location.
