This position will cover Mexico and will cover all states in Mexico, so qualified candidates will be expected to work and live in Mexico.RESPONSIBILITIES:Development of strategies to build market share in Mexico.Leadership of the sales territory.Build internal partnership between the customer account and NIBCO channel management.Account pricing, programming, terms, and rebates.Develop and execute win-win scenarios for the customer account and NIBCO.Implement improved sales processes.Work with regional partners/team to improve competencies and technical sales skills.EXPERIENCE:Five years of sales experience is preferred.EDUCATION:Bachelor's Degree preferred.TRAINING AND SKILLS:Good presentation skills in front of large groups.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Fluent in Spanish language.PHYSICAL DEMANDS / ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS:Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Ability to travel daily and spend most of the day in a vehicle, train or plane.
Valid driver's license and no major driving violations.
