.As an International Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing, attracting, and onboarding top-tier talent from around the globe on a part-time, on-call basis. Your role will be critical in ensuring the effective and efficient management of the company's human capital, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting employee satisfaction and productivity.Must be available to attend meetings during the Client's business hours, as well as meet with the team during their designated work hours. Specifically, commit to a 3-hour window each day, at approximately 2 pm MST, for 4 or 5 days per week.**Responsibilities**:- **Recruitment and Onboarding**:- Craft comprehensive job descriptions and specifications for new positions, ensuring alignment with the organization's needs.- Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.- **Company Culture and Employee Relations**:- Act as a cultural liaison for international employees, addressing HR-related inquiries and concerns to foster a harmonious work environment.- Responsible for fostering Virtual Company Culture, which includes updating and further developing onboarding processes, internal mission, vision, and team values.- **Salary Research and Negotiation**:- Conduct thorough research on international salary trends and benchmarks to inform competitive compensation packages.- Collaborate with hiring managers and finance to strategically negotiate compensation offers with potential hires.- **Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) Development**:- Innovate and refine HR-related SOPs to optimize recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding processes.- Regularly review and update SOPs to align with evolving best practices and company policies.- **Organizational Chart Development**:- Assist in building detailed and accurate organizational charts that depict reporting lines, roles, and responsibilities.- Update and adjust organizational charts as the company grows or experiences changes in its structure.- **Contract Management**:- Develop meticulous employment contracts and HR agreements that adhere to international regulations and company policies.- Coordinate contract signing with remote employees, ensuring a clear understanding of terms and conditions.- **Compliance and Policies**:- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.- Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures.- Stay informed about industry best practices and recommend improvements to HR processes.- **Employee Benefits and Compensation**:- Administer employee benefits programs, such as health insurance and retirement plans.- Work with finance to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.- Analyze and recommend competitive compensation packages to attract and retain talent.- **HR Data and Records**:- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
