We're looking for highly organized and energized go-getters who want to build a team that will delight our clients.The Internet Marketing Consultant, Media Technology plays an essential role in the organization as a liaison between Media, Account Management, Innovation, and Analytics teams. It ensures proper alignment, tracking, and technology are in place across all media executed by Rise.This role is responsible for executing all technical operations on behalf of Rise's Media teams. The individual will have superior organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills. The individual will possess a passion for advertising and marketing technology as well as industry innovations in technology and how they can translate into revenue or operational efficiency opportunities for the organization. Additionally, you will become an expert in how to setup and maintain Rise's proprietary Connex platform to enable our Client Services team to drive performance and growth for our amazing portfolio of clients.When you and your team are not helping our clients or other Rise teams, you are helping the rest of the Innovation team with core projects, or tapping into your endless quest for knowledge by researching new technologies and management approaches that will benefit the entire company.**How you will spend your time**- Implement tagging, tracking, and site analytics project work to meet client expectations- Service offerings between the Media, Analytics, Account, and Innovation teams to ensure proper onboarding into the internal analytics platform.- Develop operational training materials and knowledge articles- Provide timely resolution of inbound ticket requests from stakeholders using top-notch problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis techniques.- Assist Senior team members with new client onboarding projects- Create new or migrate client's media buying accounts- Integrate and distribute clients' 1st party lists for data activation within Liveramp- Become an expert in using and troubleshooting Rise's proprietary internal analytics platform
