**AMN LANGUAGE SERVICES** is a technology-driven company that is changing the way patients and medical professionals connect across all areas of health care.We are committed to enabling visual communications and vital conversations.**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:- Provide effective video remote interpreting service for consumers.- Exhibit professional behavior at all times including punctuality and preparedness for shifts, respectful and collaborative interaction with colleagues and supervisors and timely and accurate record keeping.- Demonstrate the ability to adapt quickly to new and changing technologies.- Complete video and platform training and pass the internal readiness check before taking live calls.- Participate in ongoing quality assurance and call monitoring programs.**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE**:- Fluent and have strong verbal communication skills in both the source and target language (Spanish-to-English, or vice-a-versa).- Must have at least 1 - 2 years of community/medical interpreting experience.- Certifications such as those endorsed by NCHI and NBCMI: CCHI or CMI respectively.
