**Aufgaben**:
- Intra Logistic Specialist
- Main Objectives:
- Responsible for the monitoring of the obsolete material in the Joint Venture Plant to implement activity to reduce the cost impact.
- Planning and development of the scrapping process inside the Joint Venture Plant ensuring all the Mercedes-Benz Standard and Mexican legal requirements.
- Coordinator of some special logistic process as monitor of the supply of parts from US to the Joint Venture Plant and logistic claim monitor between production plant and suppliers.
Main:
- 1.
Inbound US: Integrated planning and controlling on the inbound supply chain of parts from US to the Joint Venture Plant; monitoring operational performance of the Joint Venture Plant in the SCM US operation to ensure target compliance in terms of quality, costs and deadlines, if is necessary, design countermeasure and coordination for the problem solution of all the involved parts; suppliers, carries and the Joint Venture Plant.

Log Claim: Controlling and monitoring logistic claim process between production plant and suppliers to ensure the correct communication for the reduction of the claim, implementation of the countermeasures and charge back process.
Coordination of 3PL Company for the inspection and solution of the claim.
- 3.
Scrapping Process: Operation and controlling of the scrapping process of parts and complete vehicles in the Joint Venture Plant.
Coordination with all the involved areas to get the finance, legal and customs approval for the process.
Coordination and monitoring of the destruction supplier to ensure the correct destruction according the legal, operational and Mercedes-Benz requirements.
Correct recovery and tracking of the sale of the scrap material.
Implementation and follow of the ICS control for the scrap.

Obsolete Process: Monitoring of the obsolete material in the Joint Venture Plant for the implementation of the countermeasure to avoid the scrap of the parts; Coordination with the Joint Venture Plant and RD to review the reflash of parts.
Coordination with other Mercedes-Benz plants for the delivery of the obsolete material following all the Mercedes-Benz standards for the operation.

Budget Planning and Projects: Participation with the finance controlling for the definition of the budget of the inbound US, claim extra cost, scrap cost and obsolete planning, confirmation that all the cost are correct according the legal contract for the correct payment to the supplier.
Lead and execute strategic projects to help reduce costs and maintain service levels.

Education:
Master or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical / Automotive / Industrial / Electrical Engineering or Master or Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or comparable acquired expertise with new product launches.
2.
Language(s):
Spanish technical and business fluent.
English technical and business fluent.
German technical and business desired.
3.
Work Experience:
3 years or more related professional experience.
4.
Technical Knowledge:
Knowledge of logistics processes (in automotive context desired).
Desired: experience with Mercedes-Benz systems (SAP, DIALOG, START).
