As an Inventory Accuracy Supervisor, you will be at the forefront of ensuring our inventory's integrity, accuracy, and reliability. You'll lead efforts to optimize our inventory management processes, enabling smooth and efficient operations. This role is pivotal in maintaining our reputation for excellence and supporting our continuous improvement initiatives.

Molex, a global leader in innovation and manufacturing, is on the lookout for a meticulous and proactive Inventory Accuracy Supervisor to join our Global Shared Plants (GSP) team in vibrant Guadalajara. Our main contacts are with the Planning Team, Warehouse Team, Production Line Supervisors and Leaders, Finance Team, Sourcing Team, Quality Team, amoung others.
What You Will Do Inventory Management: Oversee and ensure the accuracy of inventory records through regular audits, cycle counts, and reconciliation processes.Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of inventory specialists, fostering a culture of accuracy and accountability.Process Optimization: Implement and refine inventory control procedures and best practices to minimize discrepancies and enhance efficiency.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with planning, warehouse, production, finance, sourcing, and quality teams to ensure seamless inventory operations.Data Analysis: Utilize data analytics to identify trends, root causes of discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvements.Reporting: Generate and present detailed inventory reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.Compliance: Ensure compliance with all company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements related to inventory management.Who You Are (Basic Qualifications) Experience: Proven experience in inventory management or a related role, with a proven track record of improving inventory accuracy and processes.Leadership: Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.Technical Proficiency: Advanced Excel skills and warehouse management software as well as data analysis tools.Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex data sets to drive decision-making.Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Attention to Detail: A meticulous and detail-oriented approach with a commitment to accuracy and excellence.Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment and manage multiple priorities.What Will Put You Ahead Experience: Production Control and/or Planning.Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred).Communication: Written and verbal communication skills in English (50% proficiency).At Koch companies, we are entrepreneurs.
