If you love challenges, want to experience development opportunities unrestrained, and want recognition that pays off, then you've come to the right place with Lear.We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as **Inventory Analyst**, based in **Juarez, Chihuahua, México **(E-Systems Division).As Inventory Analyst you will have the opportunity to Maintain optimal levels of inventory reliability through cycle counts and semi-annual physical inventories, as well as participate in the reconciliation of inventories with finances to maintain the variation within the objective.
**Your Task will be**- Keep the variation within the target, development of actions to improve inventory accuracy.- Analyze and generate documentation to support inventory adjustment based on cycle counts.- Calculate, analyze, graph and publish the inventory accuracy records, based on the analysis of the counts.- Monitor raw material receipts supporting warehouse supervisors in problems that they cannot solve, participate with the finance area in the reconciliation of raw materials.- Analyze inventory reports generated by the system, Track rejected material (Hold area).- Analyze and follow up on the Excess and Obsolete report.- Prepare CSR's and PEI's.- Participate in activities related to ISO14001, CTPAT, TS16949 and any other corporate or internal audit in which the human resources area is directly or indirectly related.- Coordinates the six-monthly physical inventories, achieving a variation of less than 2% in the reconciliation.- Preparation of the monthly and weekly E&O walks.
**To be successful in this role you will need**:- Education**:Industrial or related.- At least 1 year of experience preferably in the automotive industry (not essential)- English Intermediate- Strong Analytical skills, knowledge in MASS, MS-Office, Time management, Inventory experience and people management
