.A Day in Your Life at MKS:The Inventory Analyst will be responsible for supporting inventory optimization for all Products within MKS supporting multiple business units. The product portfolio is broad and hence the role requires an individual who is seasoned with working a broad portfolio and familiar with various inventory optimization methods to be applied as appropriate.You Will Make an Impact By:Utilize spreadsheets, databases, software, and statistical models to collect and analyze data related to inventory levels, sales, and supply chain operations.Examine historical inventory shipments and consumption to understand current inventory levels.Utilize forecast, marketing/category trends, and inventory optimization tools to evaluate inventory position.Identify trends and forecast demand to communicate with internal departments for timely and accurate delivery of goods.Report key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor performance.Recommend solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy, evaluating inventory risks and opportunities, as well as coordinating with other stakeholders to resolve issues.Review item attributes and current processes to identify best-in-class practices and to reduce costs.Develop and implement inventory policies and procedures and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that procedures are being adhered to and exceptions are being managed diligently.Skills that You Bring:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering or Supply Chain, or equivalent experience with 2+ years of relevant experience working in a diverse and global supply chain organization with minimum $100M annual demand plan responsibility.Inventory analysis or leading experience across multiple products.CPIM is highly preferred.Oracle Proficiency is highly preferred.Globally, our policy is to recruit individuals from wide and diverse backgrounds.
