Inventory Analyst

_This is a hybrid position in Guadalajara, Jalisco_
- Advanced English required_

**Qualifications**

HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA OR GED
2+ YEARS OF ADMINISTRATIVE/ CLERICAL EXPERIENCE.
BILINGUAL (ENGLISH- SPANISH)
PROFICIENCY IN MS EXCEL (MEDIUM LEVEL) AND OUTLOOK
KNOWLEDGE OF OPERATING STANDARD OFFICE EQUIPMENT.

**Responsibilities**

Perform inventory control duties.

Coordinate with many other departments to ensure an efficient daily workflow in order to maintain accurate records of our inventory.

Perform a variety of Internet research functions and use word processing, spreadsheet software.

Duties also include taking telephone calls, filing and data entry

**Key Areas of Responsibility**

Maintain inventory accuracy

Place pickup and delivery orders

Verify information thru multiple softwares.

Maintain clear records of all transactions

Create activity reports

**Shift**

Monday to Friday 8:00-5:00

**Salary and benefits**

$15,000 gross monthly

+$1,400 food stamps

+20-day christmas bonus

+2% savings fund
